No, reflexology is non intrusive and should not be painful because the primary goal is relaxation. If you suffer any discomfort during a healing session dicuss it with your rfexologist.

What should I wear for reflexology treatment?

You will only be asked to remive your shoes and during treatment it is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing as you will be lying in a reclined position for most of the session.
